This study explores the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence in streamlining RCA, ultimately enhancing software quality and minimizing recurring defects. By employing Machine Learning techniques, we demonstrate AI’s capability to significantly reduce the time required for RCA. Leveraging AI offers a structured and efficient approach to RCA, empowering Software Quality Engineers, Development, and Validation Teams to implement more effective solutions.
